Afternoon Tea Concert with Natalka Pasicznyk (Soprano) and Guy Beynon (Tenor)

The ticket price includes tea and cakes on the lawn after the concert. You will also have the opportunity to explore the wonderful grounds, within the unique setting of the Moorish Pavilion at Kingham Lodge.

Natalka Pasicznyk won our 2024 Classical Singing Competition.  She is a First Class Music graduate of King’s College London, who is currently pursuing postgraduate vocal studies as an RCM Music Scholar with Patricia Rozario. In the past, she has been mentored by renowned singers, such as Alex Oomens, Ryland Davies and Nadine Sierra.

 

Past operatic roles include Susanna in Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, the role of Bessie Throckmorton in Edward German's Merrie England and Spring and Mystery in Purcell’s Fairy Queen. She won the First Prize of the 2024 Dean and Chadlington Singing Competition and has had masterclasses with renowned artists such as Nicky Spence and Roger Vignoles. Natalka is a 2025 Leeds Lieder Young Artist, with duo partner, Catriona Mackenzie and this summer, she will be debuting the role of Adele as an Emerging Artist in Westminster Opera Company's production of Die Fledermaus.

 

Guy Beynon is a first-class graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music and recently completed his Master’s degree at the Royal Academy of Music, where he studied under Adrian Thompson and Anna Tillbrook.

This year, he joins Longborough Opera Festival, covering the roles of Aeneas and the Sailor in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, while also performing in their production of Rossini’s The Barber of Seville.

Guy has appeared with Hampstead Garden Opera (HGO) as part of The Fairy Queen by Purcell, a performance that earned him a nomination for an Off West End (‘Offie’) Award for Best Opera Performance. Other notable operatic roles include Torquemada in Ravel’s L’Heure Espagnole with the Ernest Read Symphony Orchestra and multiple performances with Bampton Classical Opera, where he appeared in Haydn’s Lo Speziale and La Canterina, as well as Salieri’s La Fiera di Venezia, playing the innkeeper Rasojo—a production shortlisted in the ‘Rediscovered Works’ category at the International Opera Awards.

During his time at the Royal Academy, Guy performed in The Rake’s Progress, directed by Frederic Wake-Walker, and became a regular soloist in the Academy’s Bach in Leipzig series, collaborating with world-renowned conductors such as Masaaki Suzuki and John Butt.

Beyond opera, Guy is a passionate interpreter of song. He has found success in several competitions, winning the Marjorie Thomas Art of Song Prize for Best Overall Recital and the Flora Nielsen French Song Prize. Additionally, he was awarded second place in the prestigious Joan Chissell/Rex Stephens Schumann Lieder Prize.

​Having grown up singing Ukrainian folk music with her father and sister, Natalka is enthusiastic about sharing her culture and has become involved in sharing Ukrainian classical music. She has performed Ukrainian art songs at the Ukrainian Holland Park Cultural Centre and, more recently since the full-scale invasion, performed for charity concerts in King's Place Concert Hall, King’s Cross, and St Barnabas Church, Kensington, to raise funds for people affected by the war. In the past, she has been interviewed by the Ukrainian department of the BBC World Service about her musical endeavours as a third-generation Ukrainian soprano.
